toon boxes cut off

when people sign up with multiple toons, or when they are lower on the list, the box that has their info in it gets cut off. When I go to seat them, sometimes I can't even see their checked roles, the time they signed up, or their notes. it seems to be based on how close to the bottom of the screen the sign up is.
