This way people don't show up on members if they are old or not wanted anymore. If they log in they should be marked active again automatically.

Just to clarify that the goal of this ticket is to clean up the members list. Maybe we should include sorting by guild here? We also need an admin ability to set guild so that we can keep the list clean.
