Character sign up notes

For those who might sign up more than one character and forget (or need to doublecheck) what their sign up notes are:
I thought it'd be super helpful if, after I sign up Emeraldcream for example, I can SEE the note I typed up (if there was one) right next to where it shows me my character signups on the raid's page. So for example, if I sign up both Em and Sufficient, it would show me whatever note(s) I typed for them near where it lets me marked my preferred character.
...Mostly thought of this because I signed up for DotA's stuff recently (which I can't see until finalized) and realized I have no way of checking what I had typed as a note unless I'm an admin. Currently, I would have to actually REMOVE my signup and redo it to be sure that I had the right note in there.

You still have to remove and re-add your signup to change your note... but at least you can see it. I'll keep this open till you can edit your note as well.

"Bumping" this ticket to show support for being able to edit your own notes. I would very much enjoy that feature.
