Pre-Finalized Seating

I know that the pre-finalized view of a raid's seating was changed 2-3 years ago so that only officers were able to see the seating, in order to avoid causing issues with having to unseat people due to later sign-ups.
As a non-officer, it might be nice to be able to see if a raid has the minimum number of warm bodies signed up to be viable.
Would it be possible to have the pre-finalized view for non-officers show something like the number of people signed up by role?
Or even just show what (if anything) is still needed to hit the minimums?
